The latest addition to my online shop is a series of black teacups. These are made with a specific blend of two stoneware clays, and porcelain, stained with metal oxides to achieve the dark grey/black colour. The exterior of each cup is left unglazed, while the inside is glazed with a glossy glaze along with the inside of the foot-ring.

 

There are Vase Forms to my online shop for the very first time! There is a mixture of early test pieces and brand new pieces fresh from the kiln. Some are early glaze tests, and some are pieces that didn't 'make the cut'; these are offered at discounted prices. There is nothing wrong with any of these pieces other than maybe a minor glaze default, or a slight warp. Some are discounted purely because I haven't carried on with the form or glaze.
